health, behavior or eating habits will be quickly
recognized and addressed. The level
of care is always relative to the needs of each
individual, even as their care
requirements change. Monthly care coordination meetings
with the home founder,
family members, in-home care providers and health
care professionals is key in assuring the health
and safety of our residents. Our residents are encouraged
to
add special touches such as pictures, photographs
or mementos to personalize
their bedroom. Friends and family are always welcome
